Event Details

This Legal Self-Help Center has been brought to Flossmoor through a partnership between the Clerk of the Circuit Court and the Flossmoor Library. This center is designed to help you learn about the law and understand your legal rights using Illinois Legal Aid Online (ILAO). Please note that we will not be providing legal advice. Instead, we are offering a mobile Pro Se Litigant Office right here in your community. Members of the Clerk of the Circuit Court will be on site to assist you in navigating ILAO, which features a wide range of in-depth legal information. You'll be able to access attorney-written articles, step-by-step guides, and resources covering many legal topics, including divorce, eviction, bankruptcy, child guardianship, and more. If you need additional support, we can also help connect you with agencies that offer free or low-cost legal services.

This is a drop-in program.  Please stop by any time between 11am - 2pm. Last participant will be taken at 2pm, as resources allow.
